When you use our forms and calculators, we collect information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address and state, requested amounts, credit range, occupancy details, and scenario details you enter (such as home value and mortgage balance). We also collect technical data such as the page you visited, referral source, and advertising campaign identifiers (UTM parameters).
If you complete a loan application through our secure application portal (the Uniform Residential Loan Application, or “1003”), we collect the additional information needed to evaluate and process a mortgage request. This may include your Social Security number or ITIN, date of birth, current and prior addresses, employment history and income, assets and account information, details of the subject property and any other real estate you own, and information about any co-borrower you add. Co-borrower information should be provided only with that person’s knowledge and consent.
This is sensitive financial information (“nonpublic personal information” under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act). Your application is entered in your own browser and transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection when you submit it. A copy is delivered to your loan officer and stored in our application system of record; it is used solely to price, underwrite, and process your loan request and to meet related legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not use application information for advertising.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate which loan programs may fit your scenario, contact you about your request (per the consent you provide), schedule consultations, and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf: form delivery services (to route your inquiry to our team), scheduling tools (Calendly), analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Pixel, Google), and, when your file proceeds, wholesale lending partners as needed to price and process your loan request. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. Application (1003) information is shared more narrowly: it goes only to your loan officer, our secure hosting and application-storage provider, and the wholesale lending, title, and settlement partners required to underwrite and close your loan — never to advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal information.
By submitting your contact information with consent, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, and email as described in the consent notice on our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We retain inquiry and application information as long as needed to serve your request and meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of it securely. Consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security and confidentiality of the nonpublic personal information you provide, including encrypted transmission of application data and access controls limiting who can view it. No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; submit information at your discretion.
